Red Flags: Be wary of anyone who asks for money, claims to be in a personal crisis, or refuses to video chat before meeting.
Meeting in Person
Always meet in a well-lit, public space for the first few dates. Ensure a friend or family member knows your location and who you are with.
Transport: Always arrange your own transportation to and from the date. Never rely on a stranger to pick you up at your home.
